I didn’t even know about the wine restriction. The only time I drink wine is on Friday night, and on Shabbat the rules for food are lifted.
I see that we are also not to wear freshly-laundered clothes – I’m afraid that’s one thing I just cannot do during the working week! Meat and wine – no problem though.
