Shabbat Shalom!
The film Devout sounds quite interesting – I am guessing I may know one of the “characters” – (is character the right term if the people are real?). Wonder if it will be screened at our local Jewish film festival.
Enjoyed Rivki’s post on Jewish music – quite detailed!
Shabbat Shalom and Chag Sameach.
Let me know if you ever get to see this film. I am afraid that unless someone thinks it can be enjoyed in DVD format, it will never each our shores.
Shabbat Shalom and Chag Sameach too!
Just met Elissa who is featured in the film at the local store. She is trying to keep track of where it is screened. Sorry to read it is not available in France.
But she said she has a copy of the DVD, so I might be able to see it in her living room, if I don’t see it locally (it was already screened once at Rutgers Hillel).
Thank you for the update Leora.
I wonder if the DVD is will eventually be sold; even if it is only in the US I might manage to get hold of a copy.
Thank you so much for including my post! I look forward to reading the other links. Have a great Shabbos and a wonderful Pesach!
You are welcome! It is wonderfully detailed and most fascinating!
Shabbat Shalom and Chag Sameach!
Sweet photo! Thanks for the link! I’ve enjoyed your Pesach posts!
Shabbat Shalom!
Thank you on both accounts Lorri!
Shabbat Shalom and Chag Sameach to you and yours!
