The base for this recipe is one cubed and steamed zucchini per person. It is is even nicer if the zucchini is steamed with half a garlic clove, thinly sliced.
Then add any or all of the following ingredients:
– hard-boiled eggs
– tuna fish
– green and/or black olives
– feta cheese
– cherry tomatoes
Dressing: Mix olive oil with lemon juice, add salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
